Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Responsibilities include supporting and enhancing employer branding efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Qualifications
* Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
* Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
* 3–6 years of solid recruitment experience in Qatar with HR Outsourcing firm
* Experience using job portals and ATS systems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
* Previous experience working in talent acquisition or human resources
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking etc.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
