Previously, I worked as a Commis II at Peerless Hotel, Kolkata, where I was involved in ingredient preparation, dough making, pizza dough production, and baking a variety of products including manakish, fatayer, ka’ak, and classic pizzas. This role helped strengthen my technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistency in high-volume production.
