Store Supervisor

Are you an experienced and motivated leader with a passion for retail management? We are looking for a dedicated Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help us maintain a high standard of customer service, operational efficiency, and store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and support store staff, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ensure products are displayed to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting or exceeding store targets.
• Prepare reports on store performance, inventory, and staff activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or as a Store Supervisor (preferably 2+ years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays. and evening shifts.
