3.  Preparing the claims/ Variation between clients and contracts and contractor to subcontractor/ supplier

4.  Preparing the contractual/ commercial letter, correspondence between client/ consultant and contractor - NOC, variation, RFD

5.  Preparing the planning work - project program/ baseline, EOT, delay analysis and claims

6.  Preparing the engineering work for shop drawing by all disciplines (civil, architectural, MEP with all coordination until getting approval From Client/ consultant) satisfaction

7.  Preparing the As Built drawings until getting approval from authority

8.  Procurement work by all disciplines until finalizing the award subcontractors/ suppliers and negotiating with subcontractors/ suppliers

9.  QA/QC service - preparing the method statement, ITP for all disciplines activities
