Ø  Co-ordinate site drawings with site supervisors and ensure all essential information

available ahead of site works commencing.

Ø  Monitor day to day site activities.

Ø  Preparation of technical submittal and RFI.

Ø  Maintain site handover documentation and ensure all works signed off.

Ø  Review plans and other technical documents.

Ø  Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-today progress of work

activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project

Ø  Inspect the work & get approval from consultants.

Ø  Execute all Civil works as per Drawings and Standards both discipline Architectural

and Structural Works.

Ø  Preparation of DPR, Production Report, Man-Power Report, Vehicle & Equipment for

weekly & monthly basis.

Ø  Discussing & managing with the project engineer related to manpower & equipment

Ø  Supervision & Execution of all Structural & Architectural Works as per drawings.

Ø  Maintain drawing registers and Tracking site deliveries

Ø  Site quality control ensures all works are to Project Specification.

Ø  Follow up of Submittals, Procurement Schedule and inspection of material.

Ø  Supervision of construction activities and Sub-contractors program review.

Ø  Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities

Ø  Possessing sound knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.

Ø  Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws

Ø  Meet with clients as required.

Ø  Maintain good relationships with the client, main contractors and subcontractors.

Ø  Ensured projects progressed according to timely schedule.

Ø  Discuss any questions/concerns with client about their renovation, provide

Ø  Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.

Ø  Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.

Ø  Assist the project team with closeout of the project.

Ø  Assist project manager with assigned tasks.

Ø  Conduct daily progress meets with the foremen and supervisor.

Ø  Ensure the quality and HSE standards.
