ELV \ CCTV Technician

Responsibilities

 Providing ongoing service, installation, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV systems within the area.

 Choose number of cameras needed for complete coverage of the area of interest, lenses, camera types, security encasement, and cable type.

 Communicating with the Field CCTV Engineer and taking his assistance when required.

 Pulled and route cables, read blueprints, terminate cables on both ends.

 All the first fix working and structured Cabling for Extra Low Voltage Systems like (CCTV).

 Built computers, installed /configured operating systems, support/install network devices (PCs, printers), map network drives, Do site surveys for the camera system.

 Built DVR computer, install coaxial cable, cameras, configure DVR software, and give introductory lessons to enduser.

 Have knowledge Structured Cabling, CCTV System, Access Control System.

 Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical failures on CCTV cameras and alarm systems.

 Set up TV and projectors, equipment and ramps, and assembled furniture.

 Material purchasing according the neediness for daily works in the site.

 Pulling fiber cable for indoor and outdoor.

 Testing and updating the reports to Site Engineer.

 Support project transition and future layout
