Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, servers, VoIP phones, and telecom systems.

• Maintain IT and telecom documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records.

• Collaborate with other departments to support internal systems and resolve issues efficiently.

• Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security protocols.

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telecom and network upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in IT support and telecom systems.

• In-depth knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), Windows environments, and VoIP technologies.
